Thiago SilvaPSG captain Thiago Silva will again have to settle for a place on the bench as Brazil face Austria in an international friendly, coach Dunga has revealed.

The highly rated defender has been the subject of criticism for his latest performances for the national team and it appears he has lost his place in the side.

It was Miranda and David Luiz that formed the centre-back pairing in a 4-0 triumph over Turkey, with Thiago Silva watching the entire game from the bench.

And he now looks set for another disappointment as coach Dunga has revealed that he does not plan to make any changes for the Austria game, where the Seleccao are 1.44 (4/9) to extend the winning run.

“It will be the same team that won in Istanbul,” Dunga told reporters after training at the Ernst Happel Stadion on Monday.

Brazil looked quite impressive in the big win over Turkey, so it is hardly surprising that the boss does not plan to make changes to his starting line-up.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Diego Alves – Danilo, Miranda, Luiz, Filipe Luis – Fernandinho, Luiz Gustavo – Willian, Oscar, Neymar – Luiz Adriano.
