Milan forward Robinho has revealed that he is ready to face Palermo at the weekend after recovering from a thigh problem.

Robinho has only featured in Italian Super Cup for Milan this season, having missed next seven games with a thigh injury.

The Brazilian recently resumed full training and he expects to feature in weekend’s game against Palermo.

“I’m well, I’m happy and I have recovered,” Robinho told Milan Channel. “I’m now training with the squad and I hope to give a helping hand to my teammates as soon as the next game.

“When I felt the first pains in August I didn’t think that I would be sidelined for so long with the problem. I’ve never suffered any serious injuries in my career, but this one went the way it did.

“It’s all over now though and I can’t wait to step back on to the pitch at San Siro and return to victory with Milan.”

The Rossoneri host Palermo on Saturday night, hoping to improve their league position and Milan are 1.53 (8/15) with Ladbrokes to claim maximum points.
