Palermo vs Juventus preview

After they squandered a two-goal lead against Inter, Palermo hope to continue their magnificent home run and further close the gap behind the top 4.

Having won last five home games in Serie A, the Rossanero will be looking to get one over out-of-form Juventus.

Moris Carrozzieri and Ezequiel Munoz miss out through suspension, while Abel Hernandez, Maurico Pinilla and Dorin Goian remain sidelined.

Juventus, on the other hand, are largely struggling in 2011 and Luigi Del Neri doesn’t seem to have the cure for team’s recent downtrend in form.

The boss again faces a real selection headache with De Ceglie, Toni, Rinaudo and Traore all sidelined, whereas Leonardo Bonucci is banned.

Andrea Barzagli is set to start in the heart of defence alongside Giorgio Chiellini, while new signing Alessandro Matri will start on the bench.

Palermo are 2.20 (6/5) to continue their impressive home run, at 888Sport, with odds on Juventus 3.30 (23/10). Maybe the best option would be to bet on draw at 3.25 (9/4).
