Serbia vs DenmarkWhile being punished with a three-point deduction for their involvement in the Albania game, Serbia will also host group leaders Denmark in front of empty stands, but the hosts have no choice but to try and win the game.

The Danes suffered a narrow defeat to Portugal last time out, and they, too, will feel this is a very important game with regards to their qualifying chances.

Boasting a star-studded squad and players like Nemanja Matic, Branislav Ivanovic, Aleksandar Kolarov and Dusan Tadic, Serbia had big ambitions ahead of the Euro 2016 qualifiers, but they have again managed to disappoint.

New boss Dick Advocaat has had a difficult start to his new job, with the Eagles somewhat fortunate to avoid defeat in Armenia, before struggling to break Albania at home ahead of the game being abandoned.

Serbia were absurdly awarded the game 3-0 but then had three points deducted, while they are also forced to play next two home games in front of empty stands.

Even so, the Eagles still have more than enough quality to see off Denmark and are available at 2.20 (6/5) to claim maximum points.

Full-back Aleksandar Kolarov and back-up keeper Predrag Rajkovic are doubtful for the game on Friday, while Dusan Basta and Aleksandar Ignjovski were sent home.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Stojkovic – Ivanovic, Bisevac, Nastasic, Kolarov – Matic, Gudelj – Tosic, Tadic, Markovic – Mitrovic.

Denmark, too, have failed to impress in the current qualifying campaign, even if they currently sit at the top of Group I.

The Danes needed to work hard for home win over Armenia, having come from a goal behind, while they were also pretty fortunate to bring one point from Albania.

Morten Olsen’s charges were then beaten at home by Portugal, conceding deep into injury time, so they will want to make amends with a good result in Serbia.

But, even with the game played in front of empty stands, Denmark are no less than 3.80 (14/5) to emerge victorious in Belgrade.

Captain Daniel Agger is unavailable through a groin injury, but there are no other worries for coach Morten Olsen at the moment.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Schmeichel – Jacobsen, Kjaer, Bjelland, Boilesen – Hojbjerg, Kvist – Vibe, Eriksen, Krohn-Dehli – Bendtner.
