Borussia Dortmund boss Edin Terzic has praised wideman Jude Bellingham after the youngster received another call-up for the senior England squad.

The winger, who moved to Dortmund from Championship outfit Birmingham City in the summer, has been called into the latest Three Lions set up for World Cup qualifiers against San Marino, Albania and Poland.

After making his debut for Gareth Southgate’s men in the latest round of international fixtures, the 17-year-old will be aiming to make his first start this time around.

Ahead of the break, Terzic has been waxing lyrical about Bellingham.

He said: “I have nothing but positive things to say about Jude Bellingham. We’re really satisfied with him. I personally have a very close relationship with him. What he’s shown in the last few weeks has been outstanding, especially considering he’s only 17 years of age.

“He’s been invited to the England senior squad again. Everyone knows how talented the English national team is. So when you have someone who’s 17 and is playing for us and for the England senior team, you can imagine how good he really is. I find he’s not only doing well on the pitch but off it too.”

So far for Dortmund, Bellingham has made 34 appearances for the club, scoring one goal and providing four assists. He sits at odds of 20/1 with William Hill to net the opening goal against FC Koln on Saturday.
