Stoke vs Man UtdHaving seriously improved their league position with back to back wins over Everton and West Brom, Stoke will be hoping to extend the impressive run when they host Manchester United.

The Red Devils have failed to triumph in their last two away matches, but they are feeling confident after the promising performance at White Hart Lane.

Mark Hughes has done well to transform Stoke since taking over the reigns at the Britannia, with the Potters’ new brand of football much more pleasing to the eye.

The club have recruited some very good players of late, with Camp Nou graduate Bojan Krkic finally starting to show what he is capable of.

Stoke recovered well from a three-match losing run to beat Arsenal, before sharing spoils with Crystal Palace on the road and suffering an unfortunate home loss to Chelsea.

Nevertheless, the Potters have since defeated Everton and West Bromwich, and are now available at 4.33 (10/3) to extend the winning run.

Mark Hughes will be hoping to have both Bojan Krkic and Steve Sidwell back from injury, but Peter Odemwingie and Victor Moses are definitely out.

Stephen Ireland and Phil Bardlsey are both injury doubts, meaning the manager will have some important decisions to make.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Begovic – Cameron, Shawcross, Muniesa, Pieters – N’Zonzi, Whelan – Walters, Bojan, Arnautovic – Diouf.

Manchester United might not be able to mount a serious title challenge this season, but the Red Devils definitely look on the right track at the moment.

In spite of all his problems, new manager Louis van Gaal has seriously improved team’s performances and the Old Trafford outfit now look destined for a top 4 finish.

While the record of seven wins in last nine league matches is quite impressive, the Red Devils could have also turned draws at Villa Park and White Hart Lane into wins, which is enough to suggest they have been playing at a very high level.

With difficult injury situation getting better by the day, there appears to be value in odds of 1.95 (19/20) offered on away win.

Louis van Gaal is sweating over the fitness of Ander Herrera, Adnan Januzaj and Daley Blind, with the Spaniard the most likely to start at the Britannia.

However, Angel Di Maria and Marcos Rojo are out injured, while Antonio Valencia faces a fitness test after suffering a groin injury.

Probable starting line-up (3-1-4-2): De Gea – Jones, Smalling, Evans – Carrick – Valencia, Mata, Rooney, Shaw – Van Persie, Falcao.
