Brendan Rodgers is not interested in taking the current managerial vacancy at Tottenham Hotspur according to reports.

The North London outfit relieved former boss Jose Mourinho of his duties after a disastrous campaign thus far where they have struggled to break into the top-four in the Premier League.

Former midfielder Harry Winks was appointed as interim manager, with the likes of Julian Nagelsmann and Brendan Rodgers being talked up as potential favourites for the role on a permanent basis.

However, neither look set to take the reigns at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the German set to be appointed as Bayern Munich manager, whilst Rodgers is apparently not interested in the job.

According to Sky Sports, the Northern-Irishman is content with his role at Leicester City and holds hope that he can continuing building the Foxes into consistent challengers for the UEFA Champions League positions.

The East-Midlanders look already set to do that have only just missed out on the top four last season, whilst they are now seven points clear of fifth-placed West Ham United with just five games left to play.

As it stands, Ajax boss Erik Ten Hag is now the favourite to take over in North London at a price of 2/1 with William Hill.
