Prandelli and BalotelliMario Balotelli suitors have been handed a major boost as AC Milan reportedly decided to lower their asking price for the Italy international.

The Rossoneri initially wanted around £30 million for the highly rated forward, but with the player having a disappointing World Cup campaign and the club in serious financial difficulty, they are now asking for mere £14 million.

This is likely to spark a real bidding war for the controversial striker, with Liverpool reportedly leading the chase at the moment.

The Reds need to sign a replacement for Luis Suarez and they are 8.00 (7/1) with BetVictor to purchase Balotelli in the summer transfer window.

Oddly enough, Arsenal are priced at just 1.50 (1/2) despite adding Alexis Sanchez to their ranks, while Galatasaray, coached by Cesare Prandelli, are 7.00 (6/1).

Balotelli joined the Rossoneri two years ago from Manchester City and has since scored 26 goals in 49 Serie A fixtures.

However, the club chiefs seem to have lost the patience with the 23-year-old and are desperate to cash in on him this summer.
