Harry Kane EnglandPremier League hotshot Harry Kane is ready to play for England Under-21 side at the European Championship next summer, according to English FA.

The 21-year-old exploded onto the biggest stage this season and has already scored 30 goals for Tottenham in all competitions.

Kane scored on his England debut in the Euro 2016 qualifier against Lithuania before starting the international friendly against Italy.

As a result, many believe he should not be risked playing for the Under-21 side at the European Championships, but English FA chairman Greg Dyke claims the youngster is glad to help his teammates next summer.

“Playing for England matters and young English footballers should feel that it matters – that they can play for their club but they also want to play for England,” Dyke said.

“I got a call from Harry Kane’s agent recently just to say how much he enjoyed playing for England and how much he wants to play for the U21s this year in the tournament, in the Euros.

“And I think that’s important. If you’re a young English boy coming through the system, you should want to play for England.”

Harry Kane leads the Premier League goalscoring charts together with Kun Aguero at the moment and he is 2.50 (3/2) shot to lift the coveted title.
