Premier League Trophy

Monday evening’s Premier League action comes from Turf Moor as Burnley take on Watford.

The Clarets go in to the game just one point above the bottom three following the weekend’s results, though a win could see them move level on points with their opponents who are currently sitting in eleventh place.

Champions Leicester City thumped the Clarets by three goals to nil last time out, a result which extended their winless run to four games in all competitions.

Andre Gray will miss the match as he begins a four game suspension handed to him by the Football Association as a result of homophobic comments made on Twitter by the twenty-five year old back in 2012 while fellow striker Ashley Barnes is sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Sean Dyche could hand Patrick Bamford a first start for the club since joining on loan from Chelsea, and he is priced at 7.5 (13/2) to get the first goal of the game, as is Sam Vokes.

The home win is 3.15 (28/13) with 888 Sport with the visitors as highly priced as the 2.55 (31/20) on offer from Bet 365. The draw can be backed at 3.3 (23/10).

The Hornets are in fine form after beating West Ham United and Manchester United in their last two league games, and another win here could see them move up to seventh place.

Daryl Janmaat has been ruled out for six weeks with a shoulder injury and will miss the game along with fellow defenders Jose Holebas and Younes Kaboul.

Troy Deeney and Odion Ighalo can each be backed at 7.0 (6/1) to open the scoring ahead of 13.0 (12/1) shot Etiene Capoue who has bagged four goals in five games so far this season – twice as many as he managed in his previous fifty-seven Premier League outings.

Each of the last four meetings between these two sides have finished all square, while all but three of the last twenty-one clashes between the pair have seen both teams score and you can bet on that being the case here at 1.78 (31/40) with Bet Victor.
