Premier League

Monday evening’s Premier League action comes from the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal take on Leicester City.

The Gunners are looking to make it ten wins in succession after taking maximum points from their past eight league games and first two Europa League encounters of the campaign.

Victory will see Unai Emery’s men move into the top four and to within two points of league leaders Manchester City.

Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck are both available while Sokratis Papastathopolous and Petr Cech both face late fitness tests ahead of kick-off.

Anthony Maitland-Niles could feature for the first time since the opening day of the season though Laurent Koscielny and Konstantinos Mavropanos remain sidelined.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 4.6 (18/5) with Bet Victor, ahead of Aaron Ramsey who is 7.5 (13/2) with a variety of firms.

The home win is priced at 1.57 (4/7) with Unibet with the visitors available at a widely available 6.5 (11/2). The draw can be backed at 4.5 (7/2).

The Foxes go into the game six points worse off than their opponents after following back-to-back league wins with defeat at Everton last time out.

A return to winning ways here would see them move level on points with eighth place Wolverhampton Wanderers with defeat likely to see them drop into the bottom half of the table.

Ben Chilwell is fit to play though fellow defender Wes Morgan is once again suspended following his second dismissal of the season and Demarai Gray and Matty James are both injured.

Jamie Vardy is 8.0 (7/1) to open the scoring with James Maddison a 11.5 (21/2) chance with several bookmakers.

Last season’s corresponding fixture – the opening game of the 2017/18 season – was a seven-goal thriller ending in favour of the Gunners, with the East Midlanders running out 3-1 winners in the return match in May.

You can be on there being four or more goals this time around at 2.28 (23/18) with Unibet while William Hill offer 1.62 (8/13) for both teams to score.
