AS Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has refused to comment on speculations linking him with a summer move to Chelsea.

The Germany stopper has reportedly emerged as a top target for the Premier League champions, with the Giallorossi expected to seriously consider a big money offer.

Speaking to reporters after helping Die Mannschaft lift the 2017 Confederations Cup trophy, Rudiger was coy on the Chelsea link.

“It’s not about the future now… it’s now about enjoyment,” the defender said.

“I need to enjoy this moment, and I’m enjoying it to the fullest. The rest we will see in the coming weeks.”

Capable of operating as a centre-back or right-back, Rudiger has impressed since joining AS Roma from Stuttgart, making a total of 56 league appearances and scoring 2 goals.
