West Ham United manager David Moyes has told the club’s official website that he is pleased with his side’s win against Norwich City.
The Hammers got the better of Norwich 2-0 at London Stadium in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.
Jarrod Bowen scored both the goals for the Hammers.
Bowen made it 1-0 to West Ham in the 42nd minute and wrapped up the scoring with his second seven minutes from full time.
Moyes told West Ham’s official website: “It wasn’t easy and we warned the players the game had to be treated in the same fashion as any other, and I thought we went about the job really well.
“We created chances from the start, but didn’t do quite as well in the final third when we got the opportunities, but in the end we got the job done and it’s a good, professional win.”
The win for West Ham against Norwich means that the London club are now fourth in the Premier League table with 37 points from 21 matches, two points ahead of London rivals Arsenal, who are fifth and have played 20 games.
The Hammers are now rated at 5/1 on Betfair to finish in the Premier League top four this season.
