Legia Warsaw vs SteauaLegia Warsaw are in a good position to qualify following the 1-1 draw in the first leg, but the hosts have got to be wary of very good Steaua side that are not yet prepared to give up.

The Polish giants finally ended a seven-year wait for the league title last term as they finished six points in front of Lech Poznan, and they have been pretty impressive at the start of the new season.

Legia eliminated TNS and Molde on the way to the Champions League play-offs, while also winning their first three league fixtures.

However, the team have since experienced some problems on domestic stage, losing two straight matches, although they edged closer to Champions League group stages by holding Steaua to a 1-1 draw.

Having fielded a second-string line-up in weekend’s defeat to Lechia Gdansk, boss Jan Urban is set to recall his regular starters, with Legia 1.73 (8/11) at SkyBet to qualify.

The hosts have no fresh selection worries, but Raphael Augusto, Michal Efir, Aleksander Wandzel and Bartosz Berezynski continue to miss out. Meanwhile, defender Marko Suler has returned into action.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Kuciak – Rzeznicak, Dossa Junior, Jodlowiec, Wawrzyniak – Furman, Vrdoljak – Kucharczyk, Radovic, Kosecki – Saganowski.

Just like their next opponents, Steaua appear in the Champions League after a lengthy absence, and they are aware this is an excellent opportunity to reach the group stages.

The Romanian giants eliminated Vardar and Dinamo Tbilisi to set up a clash with Legia, but they have failed to impress in the play-off first leg.

Steaua couldn’t hold on to a one-goal lead and find themselves in a difficult situation following a 1-1 draw in the first leg.

Boss Laurentiu Reghecampf has some important players missing, but his side, nonetheless, look a good bet to qualify, at odds of 2.25 (5/4) at Paddy Power.

Key defender Vlad Chiriches looks set to play his final game before he completes a switch to Tottenham, having misses the first leg at home.

Meanwhile, important midfielders Alexandru Chipciu and Mihal Pintiliii miss out through injury and suspension respectively.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu – Georgievski, Szukala, Chiriches, Lavtolevici – Bourceanu, Filip – Adrian Popa, Stanciu, Tanase – Piovaccari.
