Juventus vs OlympiakosThis is a must-win game for Juventus after the Bianconeri lost in Athens, and no doubt the pressure will be on the hosts to keep their qualifying chances alive.

Having held on to a valuable victory two weeks ago, Olympiakos need to try and avoid defeat in Turin in order to remain in a good position to make it through.

After winning three successive Serie A trophies, league campaign is no longer a priority for Juventus seeing as how the club are determined to enjoy some success in Europe’s elite competition.

Following last year’s unlucky exit, the Bianconeri hoped for an easy passage into the knockout rounds this season, but they have failed to deliver once again.

Having taken mere three points from as many group games, Juventus sit three points behind Atletico and Olympiakos, meaning they desperately need to win their next fixture.

The Old Lady dominated the match in Athens, but eventually lost the game 1-0, and they are now 1.33 (1/3) to emerge victorious in Turin.

Max Allegri has doubts over the fitness of Angelo Ogbonna and Kwadwo Asamoah, who were both withdrawn during the Empoli clash.

Meanwhile, Martin Caceres is not yet ready to return, whilst Stephan Lichtsteiner, Carlos Tevez, Paul Pogba and Fernando Llorente should be recalled.

Probable starting line-up (3-5-2): Buffon – Ogbonna, Bonucci, Chiellini – Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah – Llorente, Tevez.

Similar to their next opponents, Olympiakos are hungry for some European success having long ago become the dominant force in Greece.

Michel’s charges were placed into a very difficult group, but they have so far done brilliantly to defeat both Atletico Madrid and Juventus at home and edge closer to the next stage.

Meanwhile, Olympiakos missed a great chance to improve their tally as they were beaten on the road by Malmo FF, but they remain in a good position to qualify.

Seeing as how they have now lost last three Champions League matches on the travels, the Greek giants clearly face an uphill task in Turin.

There have been some excellent news for boss Michel this week as Alejandro Dominguez, Ibrahim Afellay and Delvin Ndinga have all resumed training.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-2-1): Roberto – Elabdellaoui, Avlonitis, Abidal, Masuaku – Ndinga, Milivojevic, Maniatis – Dominguez, Kasami – Mitroglou.
