AC Milan vs BarcelonaBarcelona remained in the driving seat in Group H after earning one point at San Siro and they are now hoping to finish the job by beating Milan in the return leg.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri are going through a very rough patch, but they are, nonetheless, hoping to continue a very good run against one of world’s strongest sides.

While Barcelona haven’t quite turned on the style this term, the team are still unbeaten under Gerardo Martino and have already made big steps towards turning this season into a success.

The Catalans may be just one point clear of Atletico Madrid in La Liga standings, but main title rivals Real Madrid are already six points behind, which is enough to suggest the Camp Nou outfit are hot favourites to clinch yet another league trophy.

On the other hand, Barcelona are on the verge of securing the first position in their Champions League group, and chances are the team won’t be too disappointed by the 1-1 draw in Milan.

With the Catalans winning three straight matches since the San Siro clash, they are just 1.22 (2/9) to continue the winning run.

Having failed to score in last three matches, Lionel Messi is 1.50 (1/2) to break his scoring duck on Wednesday evening.

Gerard Pique should be able to play despite battling a muscle strain, but Adriano Correia is a major doubt and Jordi Alba, Jonathan Dos Santos and Ibrahim Afellay are definitely out.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Valdes – Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Montoya – Xavi, Busquets, Iniesta – Sanchez, Messi, Neymar.

This match comes at a very bad time for AC Milan, as the Rossoneri are still trying to recover from the disappointing start to the league campaign.

Following the home defeat to Fiorentina, Max Allegri’s side are 16 points adrift of top 3 positions, but club chiefs remain adamant they have the confidence in the current boss.

Even if away match against Barcelona is hardly a perfect opportunity to make amends, the Rossoneri have no choice but to try and record a morale-boosting victory at Camp Nou.

Nevertheless, odds of 17.00 (16/1) offered on away win are enough to suggest the visitors face a mountain to climb in Catalunya.

Philippe Mexes returns from a domestic ban, while Christian Abbiati is expected to take his place between the sticks.

Giampaolo Pazzini, Stephan El Shaarawy, Matias Silvestre, Daniele Bonera and Mattia De Sciglio continue to miss out.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-2-1): Abbiati – Abate, Mexes, Zapata, Constant – Montolivo, De Jong, Muntari – Kaka, Robinho – Balotelli.
