Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that star player Gareth Bale will be in the starting line-up when los Blancos face Juventus later today.
The Spanish giants can be backed at 2.80 (9/5) to win the first leg in Turin and they have been boosted by the return of the Wales international.
And despite Bale only making his return in weekend’s game against Sevilla, Carlo Ancelotti is adamant he is fit to face Juventus.
“I think Bale is perfect,” the Italian told reporters. “He had an injury but then he recovered and is doing well.
“He played just 30 minutes against Sevilla, but he was fine afterwards. He is at 100 per cent.”
Karim Benzema has been, however, ruled out, meaning that Javier Hernandez could continue up front, with Isco expected to be dropped to the bench.
The Mexican has done really well over the last few weeks and he scored the all-important winner in the quarter-finals against Atletico Madrid.
