Sevilla vs Real MadridLa Liga leaders Real Madrid will be looking to increase their advantage at the top to four points when they host Sevilla in a rearranged game.

However, los Rojiblancos have won four of last five matches, and they aim to cement their top 4 position with a good result at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid have already been eliminated from two competitions this season, but Spanish Super Cup and Copa del Rey defeats can still be vindicated.

Namely, los Blancos are cruising in the Champions League and they hope to become the first ever club to defend the coveted trophy, while their league campaign is going according to plan as well.

Real Madrid currently sit one point clear of arch rivals Barcelona in the league standings, but they have a game in hand and can open up a four-point lead by defeating Sevilla.

That should be enough incentive for Carlo Ancelotti’s charges to give their best on Wednesday evening, with home win paying 1.30 (3/10).

While Cristiano Ronaldo remains suspended, Karim Benzema hopes to further improve his account, and after scoring a brace at the weekend, the Frenchman is 1.80 (4/5) to net against Sevilla.

Gareth Bale and Fabio Coentrao are expected to be in contention, but Pepe and Luka Modric are not yet ready to return.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Casillas – Arbeloa, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo – Rodriguez, Illarramendi, Kroos, Isco – Benzema, Bale.

Sevilla are enjoying a very successful season this term, even if they have just been eliminated by Copa del Rey at the hands of Espanyol.

The Europa League holders have done pretty well in the group stages of the competition and are set to face Borussia M’gladbach in the first knockout stage, although the league campaign remains the priority.

Even with Valencia and Villarreal breathing down their necks, los Rojiblancos remain in the driving seat for the final Champions League berth, sitting one point clear of los Che at the moment.

And with the trip to Santiago Bernabeu next, Sevilla would probably be delighted with any positive result and they can be backed at 3.90 (29/10) to avoid defeat in Madrid.

Coach Unai Emery managed to rest quite a few starters in the league win over Espanyol, meaning the likes of Carlos Bacca, Stephane M’Bia and Gerard Deulofeu will be recalled.

However, midfielder Ever Banega is banned, while goalkeeper Beto and fellow midfielder Krychowiak are rated doubtful.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Beto – Coke, Pareja, Kolodziejczak, Figueiras – M’Bia, Krychowiak – Deulofeu, Suarez, Vitolo – Bacca.
