Even if it is still early in the season, this could prove to be one of the most interesting El Clasico matches in recent years, with both teams as well as they superstars in excellent form at the moment.

Real Madrid trail their arch rivals four points at the moment, while Barcelona look ready to unleash Luis Suarez, with Santiago Bernabeu a perfect setting for his debut.

Real Madrid hope they won’t pay too big a price for the slow start to the season, with two unexpected defeats allowing Barcelona to create a four-point advantage at the top.

Los Blancos have since returned to the right track and have largely impressed on all fronts of late, with first place in their Champions League group already in the bag following the comfortable triumph over Liverpool.

As far as the league campaign is concerned, Real have been winning game with easy without conceding too many goals and they are now available at 2.50 (3/2) to see off Barca as well.

With Cristiano Ronaldo bagging amazing 15 goals in first 7 league outings, he is 1.91 (10/11) to score anytime against Barcelona.

Carlo Ancelotti should have Sergio Ramos back from a calf injury, while Sami Khedira has returned into action at Anfield.

Gareth Bale, Jese Rodriguez and Fabio Coentrao remain on the sidelines, while Alvaro Arbeloa is set to drop out despite the impressive display in midweek.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Casillas – Carvajal, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo – James, Kroos, Modric, Isco – Benzema, Ronaldo.

Barcelona were always going to spend heavily in an attempt to avoid another disappointing season and they seem to have been spot on with most summer signings.

Some of them have had a big role to play in team’s excellent start to the season that saw them climb to the top of La Liga standings while all but securing a place in the Champions League knockout stages.

Lionel Messi and Neymar appear to have established an excellent understanding up front, and now it’s time for the third world-class player to join them in attack.

Namely, Luis Suarez is available again after a long ban and seeing as how there is a chance he could start against Real, bear in mind the Uruguayan is 4.33 (10/3) to score on his debut.

Having won all but two fixtures in all competitions this season, Barcelona can be backed at 3.05 (41/20) to emerge victorious.

Luis Enrique has no major selection concerns at the moment and it only remains to be seen whether Luis Suarez will be in the starting line-up.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Bravo – Alves, Mascherano, Mathieu, Alba – Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta – Pedro, Messi, Neymar.
