Jordi AlvaBarcelona full-back Jordi Alba will miss tonight’s La Liga clash against Celta Vigo through injury, the Catalans have revealed.

The left-sided defender was unable to help his team in weekend’s win over Levante due to a neck strain, and he has now failed to make match squad for second successive game.

This means that Adriano Correia will continue to deputize on the left flank, with fit-again Douglas Perreira drafted into the squad.

Meanwhile, Gerard Pique is back from suspension, but Claudio Bravo, Rafinha Alcantara and Thomas Vermaelen continue to miss out.

Barcelona will be looking to maintain the perfect start to the new league campaign when they face Celta at Balaidos, with away win paying 1.53 (8/15).

Meanwhile, the Sky Blues are without the suspended Jonny, with Celta having failed in the appeal to have his red card rescinded.
