Dani ParejoSpain boss Vicente Del Bosque has moved to praise Valencia trio Paco Alcacer, Daniel Parejo and Juan Bernat, hinting at least one of them could make his World Cup squad.

The trio has impressed for los Che this season, especially since Juan Antonio Pizzi took over and their excellent displays did not go unnoticed.

Speaking at the opening of a football academy in Valencia, Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque has heaped praise on the Mestalla outfit stars.

“The development of Alcacer reinforces the opinions of everyone who has backed him for many years,” Del Bosque said.

“(Parejo) came to Valencia as a great player and now he is playing very well. He’s one of the team’s strongest players.

“(Spain) never used to have any left-backs but suddenly Jordi Alba appeared, and we decided to play him. Before that we had none and now we have Alba, Alberto Moreno, Nacho Monreal and even Juan Bernat.”

The Valencia trio faces an uphill task of trying to earn their place in the World Cup squad seeing as how they have yet to be handed Spain debut, but they will definitely be considered for future squads.

La Furia Roja will battle Netherlands, Australia and Chile for a first place in Group B and they have been made 1.80 (4/5) favourites to emerge victorious.
