Celta vs BarcelonaThe spirits are high at Balaidos ahead of the visit of mighty Barcelona, with Luis Enrique’s side enjoying a 5-0 victory at Malaga at the weekend.

Meanwhile, the Catalans arrive in Galicia buoyed by the El Clasico victory over Real Madrid, so everything suggests we should see an entertaining encounter on Tuesday evening.

After securing their La Liga status on the final day of last season, Celta Vigo appointed former Barcelona B coach Luis Enrique hoping to avoid the relegation battle alltogether this term.

And while the team started the season well, they soon found themselves in all sorts of problems and in the relegation zone.

Luis Enrique’s position at the club was under intense pressure following the run of four straight defeats, but his men then produced a perfect response, ending the barren run in style with a 5-0 triumph over Malaga.

With the hosts now brimming with confidence, there may be value in both teams to score bet at odds of 1.95 (19/20).

Chances are that important midfielder Michael Krohn-Dehli will not recover in time to face the Catalans, but Barcelona-owned Rafinha returns from suspension.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-2-1): Yoel – Mallo, Cabral, Fontas, Aurtenetxe – Alex Lopez, Oubina, Rafinha – Fernandez, Nolito – Charles.

Fifteen matches into the new season and Barcelona are still unbeaten, and they seem to have already made a giant step towards the league title.

The Catalans may be just one point clear of second-placed Atletico Madrid, but the weekend’s El Clasico victory saw them create a six-point advantage over their arch rivals Real Madrid.

Barcelona thus made amends for the goalless draw at Osasuna and now plan to continue the rich vein of form against Celta.

Even if Gerardo Martino could decide to rest some of his key men ahead of the local derby against Espanyol, the Catalans are 1.25 (1/4) favourites to win at Balaidos.

Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez is 2.50 (3/2) to register a goal after netting six times in last five matches for club and country.

Jordi Alba, Jonathan Dos Santos and Ibrahim Afellay are out injured, but there are no fresh worries for Gerardo Martino.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Valdes – Alves, Mascherano, Bartra, Puyol – Xavi, Song, Fabregas – Pedro, Messi, Sanchez.
