Udinese vs MilanUdinese will be desperate to end a three-match losing run when they host AC Milan at Friuli on Tuesday, having also slipped to the relegation zone.

The Rossoneri continued with unconvincing performances, but eventually secured a win over Palermo and now hope to pile more misery on out-of-sorts Zebrette.

Udinese have been on a clear downtrend over the last few years, and it looks as though the numerous changes to the playing squad are making life difficult for the Friulani coaches.

Stefano Colantuono was appointed new head coach this summer and he enjoyed a perfect start to his new job, defeating reigning champions Juventus on the road.

However, rather than giving the team a much needed lift, the said victory appears to have had just the opposite effect, as Udinese went on to lose next three league fixtures.

Defeats to Palermo, Lazio and Empoli saw the Zebrette slip to the Serie A bottom three, and they are now 3.60 (13/5) to return to winning ways.

The hosts will be without the suspended Panagiotis Kone, whereas Guilherme and Alexander Merkel remain sidelined through injury.

Probable starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Karnezis – Heurtaux, Danilo, Piris – Edenilson, Badu, Iturra, Adnan – Fernandes – Zapata, Di Natale.

AC Milan chiefs gave the team the best possible chance of enjoying a successful season, having lured coach Sinisa Mihajlovic from Sampdoria, while adding a host of quality players to their ranks as well.

However, as that is usually the case, the new-look team were unable to hit the ground running early on and it is clear they are still struggling for consistency.

AC Milan recorded narrow wins over Empoli and Palermo, but were beaten by Fiorentina and Inter Milan, and they certainly cannot be happy with six points from first four matches.

A victory over struggling Udinese would definitely help the Rossoneri return to the right track, with away win paying 2.30 (13/10).

Having shown plenty of promise since arriving from Liverpool, Mario Balotelli looks set to start his first game this season, with Luiz Adriano likely to make way.

Ignacio Abate is doubtful through a muscle problem, but M’Baye Niang, Jeremy Menez, Andrea Bertolacci and Luca Antonelli are definitely out.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-1-2): Lopez – Calabria, Romagnoli, Zapata, De Sciglio – Poli, Montolivo, Nocerino – Bonaventura – Bacca, Balotelli.
