Lucas VazquezItalian giants Lazio are readying summer bid for Real Madrid forward Lucas Vazquez, Mundo Deportivo has suggested.

The Biancocelesti need replacement for Antonio Candreva, who recently joined league rivals Inter Milan, and they have identified the Spanish winger as a very good alternative.

It is believed that Real Madrid would consider offers in the region of €10 million, but Lazio would prefer not to pay the money up front.

They hope to sign the player on season-long loan with an obligatory buy-out option, and it remains to be seen whether los Blancos will be interested in such an arrangement.

Lucas Vazquez is looking to leave Santiago Bernabeu in search of regular playing time now that Alvaro Morata has returned to Madrid.

The Spain international, who played at the Euro 2016 finals, scored 4 goals in 25 La Liga appearances last season, while also making 7 Champions League outings.
