Italian champions Juventus have a chance to further cement the first place in the standings ahead of the season finale, but they will not have an easy job against AC Milan.

The Rossoneri are back on track after the run of three successive triumphs and they hope to finally record the first ever win at Juventus Arena.

Juventus are cruising towards their sixth consecutive Serie A trophy, while also reaching the final stages of the Champions League and Coppa Italia.

Therefore, the Bianconeri have a chance to win a historic treble of titles, but they will have to work hard to achieve said goal.

Juventus have all but secured their place in the Coppa Italia final and Champions League Round of 8, while they hold an eight-point advantage at the Serie A summit.

The Bianconeri were fortunate not to be punished for the 1-1 draw with Udinese as their closest rivals AS Roma were beaten by Napoli and they are now 1.44 (4/9) favourites to defeat AC Milan.

Despite the importance of the game, Juventus boss Max Allegri will probably leave Giorgio Chiellini out of the side as he has not fully recovered from a muscle problem.

Juan Manuel Cuadrado misses out through suspension, whereas talented midfielder Stefano Sturaro is out with a muscle injury.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Buffon – Dani Alves, Bonucci, Benatia, Alex Sandro – Pjanic, Khedira – Pjaca, Dybala, Mandzukic – Higuain.

AC Milan are finding it hard to keep up with their top 3 rivals, but not because their performances are less than impressive, but rather due to their rivals doing better than expected.

It is fair to say that AS Roma, Napoli, Lazio, Atalanta and Inter Milan are all enjoying successful campaigns, and the Rossoneri can certainly fall into this category.

AC Milan have shown a great deal of potential under Vincenzo Montella, and even if they ultimately fail to secure a top 5 finish, this campaign can serve as a great starting point for the future.

Nevertheless, the Rossoneri are determined not to miss the opportunity that presented itself, as witnessed by the three-match winning streak.

After taking 13 points out of possible 15, AC Milan now sit three points behind 4th-placed Lazio and they go into the Juventus clash in very good spirits.

Vincenzo Montella has received some very good news as Suso recovered from a minor injury, but Montolivo, Abate and Bonaventura remain in the infirmary.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Donnarumma – De Sciglio, Zapata, Romagnoli, Vangioni – Bertolacci, Sosa, Pasalic – Suso, Bacca, Deulofeu.
