Claudio RanieriMonaco boss Claudio Ranieri has revealed that he plans to add more players to the squad at Stade Louis II before the summer transfer window is over.

The Principality club have already spent more than €130 million on new signings this summer, adding the likes of Radamel Falcao, Joao Moutinho, James Rodriguez, Ricardo Carvalho, Jeremy Toulalan and Eric Abidal to their ranks.

However, boss Claudio Ranieri believes the squad need to be further reinforced if there are to challenge for the Ligue 1 trophy.

“The market is not really finished yet,” Ranieri told BeIN Sport. “I’ll wait for after the next preparatory match and then I will talk to the president and sporting director.”

Monaco have been linked with a move for Real’s Angel Di Maria, who is 7.00 (6/1) with BetVictor to sign for the French giants.

Meanwhile, they are also believed to be considering a mega money deal for Cristiano Ronaldo, but odds of 11.00 (10/1) suggest they are nowhere near agreeing a move for the Portuguese superstar.
