PSG vs MonacoPSG do not have much to play for at the moment, but they will want to continue the winning run and end the season in style.

Rennes, on the other hand, are still in the race for European positions and they will attempt to surprise the Saints at Parc des Princes.

Paris Saint-Germain may have secured the fourth straight league title with quite a few games to spare, but this season has not exactly been an overwhelming success.

The Saints have again failed to reach the final stages of the Champions League, losing to Manchester City in the quarter-finals, and that will be a stain on what could have been a perfect campaign.

PSG defeated Lille at the weekend to claim Coupe de la Ligue trophy and they will be battling Marseille for the Coupe de France title.

Even though Laurent Blanc may not field his strongest side against Rennes, the Saints have been made 1.40 (2/5) favourites to claim maximum points.

Several star players could return after they were rested against Lille, with Marco Verratti and David Luiz both expected to start.

Thiago Motta misses out through a thigh problem, but there are no other selection worries for coach Laurent Blanc at the moment.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Trapp – Aurier, Luiz, Thiago Silva, Maxwell – Pastore, Verratti, Matuidi – Di Maria, Ibrahimovic, Cavani.

Rennes have been enjoying one of the most successful seasons in club’s recent history, but the poor finish of the league campaign could prove their undoing.

Just few weeks ago, les Bretons were on the verge of Champions League positions, but they have since suffered a serious dip in form.

After taking just one point from last three league fixtures, Rennes find themselves seven points behind the top 3 places, with their European qualification also in doubt.

Nevertheless, team’s 7-6-4 record on the road can give them reason for optimism ahead of the trip to Parc des Princes, but it goes without saying that les Bretons will have to produce a near-perfect performance in order to get something from this game.

All eyes will be on exciting winger Ousmane Dembele, who is being heavily linked with a big club move, while Giovanni Sio and Kamil Grosicki have the potential to make life difficult for PSG defenders as well.

The Polish winger is a minor doubt with a muscle problem, while Fallou Diagne is banned, but Yoann Gourcuff should return.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Costil – Danze, Mexer, Armand, Baal – Fernandes, Sylla, Andre – Dembele, Sio, Grosicki.
