Dortmund vs BayernGermany’s leading sides will be vying for the DFB Pokal trophy at the Olympiastadion in Berlin in what should be another great game of football.

The Millionaires were beaten by Wolfsburg in last year’s final and they will want to make things right by defeating their arch rivals.

The game against Borussia Dortmund will mark the end of an era for Bayern Munich as Pep Guardiola is set to leave and he will be replaced by Carlo Ancelotti.

Having failed to lead the Bavarians to the Champions League crown, the Catalan coach will not exactly go down as one of club’s most successful coaches, but he will want to say goodbye with a domestic double.

The animosity between the two clubs has reached a new level now that Mats Hummels is set to make a switch to Allianz Arena, while it is rumoured that Mario Gotze could return to Signal-Iduna Park.

Meanwhile, Bayern have been made 2.10 (11/10) favourites to win the game in regular time as they hope to repeat the 2014 triumph in the DFB Pokal final.

Pep Guardiola is sweating over the fitness of Xabi Alonso and Javi Martinez, but there is a good chance both will make the squad.

However, Arjen Robben is unlikely to recover from an adductor problem, meaning that Franck Ribery and Douglas Costa will form the wing partnership.

Probable starting line-up (4-1-4-1): Neuer – Lahm, Benatia, Boateng, Alaba – Xabi Alonso – Douglas Costa, Muller, Vidal, Ribery – Lewandowski.

Borussia Dortmund were chasing three major trophies, but they could now stay without a single title if they lose the DFB Pokal final.

Despite showing a great deal of potential, the Millionaires ultimately failed to mount a title challenge in the Bundesliga, while their Europa League campaign surprisingly ended at Anfield.

All that’s left now is to try and lift the DFB Pokal trophy to ensure the current season does not go down as a disappointing one.

Borussia players clearly took their foot off gas after Bayern secured the league title, but they can be trusted to be at their best at Olympiastadion in Berlin.

The Millionaires produced a very good performance in the goalless draw with the Bavarians last time out, although they had been hammered 5-1 at Allianz Arena.

There have been no fresh selection worries for Thomas Tuchel, but Ilkay Gundogan and Neven Subotic continue to miss out.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Burki – Piszczek, Sokratis, Hummels, Schmelzer – Weigl, Castro – Mkhitaryan, Kagawa, Reus – Aubameyang.
