Zenit vs SevillaZenit need to overturn a one-goal deficit after squandering their lead in the first leg, but the hosts are buoyed by the return of four important players.

The Europa League holders did well to record a 2-1 win at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, although they could face a difficult task in cold and rainy St Petersburg.

Considering the heavy investment in the playing squad, Zenit have utterly failed to prove their worth in Europe, although they are closing in on third league title in five years.

The Sky Blues did lift the UEFA Cup trophy in 2008, but have enjoyed very little success since, and they finally have a decent opportunity to add another title to their trophy cabinet.

After doing well to eliminate PSV and Torino in the first two knockout stages, Zenit went into the Sevilla clash without the likes of Hulk, Danny, Smolnikov and Criscito, but they, nonetheless, managed to produce a very good performance.

The Sky Blues even took the lead through Alexander Ryazantsev, but eventually had to settle for a 2-1 defeat at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

But, with the four aforementioned players now back from suspension, Zenit are priced at 2.30 (13/10) to win the return leg.

The likes of Ezequiel Garay and Alexander Ryazantsev are now banned, whereas Viktor Fayzulin and Pavel Mogilevets are out injured.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Lodygin – Smolnikov, Neto, Lombaerts, Criscito – Shatov, Garcia, Witsel – Hulk, Rondon, Danny.

Sevilla have got to be congratulated for successfully balancing between their domestic and European campaigns, but it remains to be seen whether they can end the season in style.

Despite missing an excellent opportunity to catch fourth-placed Valencia, los Rojiblancos are still in the race for the final Champions League berth in La Liga.

Meanwhile, their Europa League campaign is going according to plan, with Unai Emery’s charges getting close to defending the coveted title with each next game.

Sevilla were forced to work hard for the narrow win in the first leg against Zenit, scoring two late goals through Bacca and Suarez.

As a result, los Rojiblancos are in a good position to reach the semi-finals, and they are available at 1.50 (1/2) to qualify for the next stage.

Defender Daniel Carrico is doubtful through a thigh problem, but he has made the squad, leaving Mariano Barbosa and Sebastian Cristoforo as the only unavailable players.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Rico – Coke, Pareja, Carrico, Tremoulinas – Krychowiak, Iborra – Vidal, Banega, Vitolo – Gameiro.
