Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that his transfer dealings for the summer are complete after wrapping up a deal for full-back Felipe Luiz from Atletico Madrid.

The 28 year old follows former Atleti teammate Diego Costa and midfield duo Cesc Fabregas and Mario Pasalic in moving to Stamford Bridge this summer, while Thibaut Courtois is finally expected to feature for the Blues having spent the past three seasons in La Liga.

Heading in the opposite direction are veteran duo Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole who both leave on a free transfer, strikers Demba Ba and Samuel Eto’o, defender Sam Hutchinson and back up goalkeeper Hilario.

The business conducted by Mourinho this summer has seen the club rise to the top of the Premier League winners market, with most firms offering a price of 2.88 (15/8) for them to be crowned champions.

They begin the campaign with a trip to newly promoted Burnley, where they can be backed at 1.4 (2/5) to take all three points, before hosting fellow new boys Leicester City while they end August with a trip to Everton, and Sky Bet offer a price of 2.38 (11/8) for the London club to win their first three matches.

Last season was just third in ten years that the club ended without a trophy, and Coral have a price of 1.62 (8/13) that they will land major silverware during the 2014/15 campaign while the same firm offer 2.2 (6/5) for them to finish the season empty handed.

They are 3.1 (21/10) favourites to be top of the table on Christmas Day with Paddy Power, while Diego Costa is widely available at 8.0 (7/1) to win the league’s Golden Boot ahead of the club’s top scorer from last season, Eden Hazard, who can be backed at a generous 67.0 (66/1) with Bet Victor and Andre Schurrle, who is an 81.0 (80/1) chance with Bet 365.

If however you anticipate a tough season for Mourinho’s men, you can back them not to finish in the top four at 11.0 (10/1) with William Hill, while Paddy Power offer 3.75 (11/4) for the manager to leave his post before May 31st.
