Saturday’s Premier League action concludes at Upton Park where West Ham United face title favourites Manchester City.

The hosts begin the weekend in sixth place, four points off the top four and go in to the game on the back of last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at Newcastle United – their first loss in ten.

They haven’t lost in front of their own fans in the league since August, and victory here would see them move to within five points of their opponents.

Andy Carroll is once again injured and will miss out along with Cheikhou Kouyate and Joey O’Brien, who have groin and calf problems respectively.

Enner Valencia is priced at 10.0 (9/1) to get the first goal of the game with Bet 365, with Dimitri Payet an 11.0 (10/1) chance with the same firm.

The home win is a highly priced as the 5.4 (22/5) on offer from Bet Victor with the visitors favourites at a widely available 1.73 (8/11). The draw can be backed at 4.0 (3/1) with a number of firms.

Manuel Pellegrini’s men currently sit in third place, are unbeaten in their last three games in all competitions and have not conceded a single goal in that run.

They will reclaim top spot if they better Leicester City’s result against Stoke City while leaders Arsenal host champions Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

Fernandinho, Wifried Bony and Eliaquim Mangala are all doubtful while captain Vincent Kompany remains sidelined.

Top scorer Sergio Aguero is favourite to open the scoring at 4.5 (7/2) with Bet 365, with Raheem Sterling a 7.5 (13/2) shot with 888 Sport.

The Hammers inflicted the Citizens’ first defeat of the season, running out 2-1 winners at the Etihad Stadium back in September.

The East London club also won by the same score in last season’s corresponding fixture so you may be tempted to back a 2-1 home triumph this time around at 18.0 (17/1) with Bet Victor.

Alternatively, you can back the hosts to win with both teams scoring in the game at 10.0 (9/1) Betfair while several bookmakers have a price of 1.73 (8/11) for there to be three or more goals scored in total.
