walcottArsenal duo Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain should return into action after the next international break, according to BBC Sport.

The Gunners attackers suffered injuries in the Capital One Cup clash with Sheffield Wednesday, leaving manager Arsene Wenger seriously short of options.

Walcott is almost certain to miss next three matches through a calf problem, but he could be in contention for the game against West Bromwich scheduled for 21 October.

Meanwhile, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has a hamstring injury and he, too, is tipped to miss games with Swansea, Bayern and Tottenham Hotspur.

The Gunners are unlikely to be too downhearted by the heavy loss to Sheffield Wednesday having seriously improved their Premier League position.

After winning last four Premiership matches, Arsenal can be backed at 1.75 (3/4) to defeat Swansea on the road next weekend.
