Nacer Chadli Spurs

The weekend’s Premier League football concludes at White Hart Lane where Tottenham Hotspur host Everton.

Spurs came from behind to beat Hull City last weekend, while they go into this game having edged past Partizan Belgrade in their home Europa League tie on Thursday evening.

That win at the KC Stadium a week ago moved them onto seventeen points, and they are five off a top four spot following Saturday’s results.

Manager Mauricio Pochetinno is set to be without a whole host of firm team players, with Younes Kaboul, Emmanuel Adebayor, Etienne Capoue, Nacer Chadli, Andros Townsend and Danny Rose all injury concerns.

Kyle Walker will also miss out through a lack of fitness, while Kyle Naughton is suspended.

The hosts’ extensive injury list could lead to Harry Kane being handed a rare league start, and the striker is widely available at 6.5 (11/2) to get the first goal of the game ahead of Christian Eriksen, who is a 10.0 (9/1) chance with Bet 365.

The home win is 2.3 (13/10) with Bet 365, who have the draw at 3.6 (13/5) while the visitors are as highly priced as the 3.3 (23/10) on offer from a number of firms.

Everton followed their 2-1 win over West Ham United last Saturday with an impressive 2-0 win over Bundesliga high flyers Wolfsburg in the Europa League.

They are now unbeaten in eight games in all competitions, and they go in to this fixture level on points with Tottenham, above them on goal difference.

Roberto Martinez will assess the fitness of James McCarthy ahead of kick off, while Steven Naismith, Steven Pienaar, Gareth Barry and Leighton Baines should all be fit enough to feature though John Stones, Darron Gibson and Bryan Oviedo are all out.

Romelu Lukaku is priced at 7.5 (13/2) to open the scoring with Bet Victor, with Samuel Eto’o an 8.0 (7/1) shot with the same firm.

An Emmanuel Adebayor goal was enough to separate the sides in last season’s corresponding fixture back in February, while their meeting at Goodison Park three months earlier ended goalless.

With this in mind, and with both having played on Thursday night, you may want to back there being under 1.5 goals this time around at 4.1 (31/10) with Bet Victor.
