Sunday afternoon’s Premier League action from the Liberty Stadium sees Swansea City host Tottenham Hotspur.

Having started the campaign impressively, the South Wales side are without a win in their last four games in all competitions, with Gylfi Sigurdsson’s late consolation from the penalty spot at Southampton last weekend their only goal in that run.

However, the defeat to Manchester City in the penultimate game of last season is their only loss in their last eight games in front of their own fans.

The hosts have no injury concerns, though manager Garry Monk could include Leon Britton who is yet to start in the league this season.
Bafetimbi Gomis is 7.0 (6/1) to open the scoring with Paddy Power, with Andre Ayew an 8.5 (15/2) chance with the same firm.

The home win is 2.8 (9/5) with Coral, with the visitors as highly priced as the 2.9 (19/10) on offer from Bet Victor. The draw can be backed at 3.4 (12/5) with a number of firms.

Spurs have lost just once in all competitions since their opening day defeat to Manchester United, and go into this fixture on the back of Thursday evening’s 1-1 draw with Monaco in the Europa League.

They are on a three game winning run in the league, and they could finish the weekend in the top two if they take the spoils here, and if other results fall in their favour.

Forward Song Heung-min will once again miss out after suffering a foot injury in last weekend’s win over Manchester City and Danny Rose is a doubt though midfield trio Nabil Bentaleb, Moussa Dembele and Ryan Mason could all return.

Harry Kane is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 6.5 (11/2) with most firms, with Christian Eriksen widely available at a price of 10.0 (9/1).

Tottenham won both of last season’s meetings between the sides, winning 3-2 at home in March having secured a 2-1 victory in the corresponding fixture in December.

With this in mind, you may be tempted to back Mauricio Pochettino’s men to win with both teams scoring this time around at 5.6 (23/5) with 888 Sport.
