Saturday’s Premier League action concludes at the Stadium of Light, where bottom of the table Sunderland host a Manchester United hoping to avoid a third straight league defeat.

The Black Cats have taken just one point from eighteen available this season, and go in to the game of the back of a 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool – their fourth league loss in succession.

Fabio Borini is in contention to play having been ineligible to face his parent club last weekend, though Steven Fletcher (shoulder), Wes Brown (calf) and Andrea Dossena (thigh) are still out.

Jozy Altidore is 11.5 (21/2) to open the scoring with his first goal for the club, while Borini is a 13.0 (12/1) shot with Paddy Power.

The home win is available at 6.0 (5/1) with Bet 365, with United a 1.67 (4/6) shot with Bet Victor, who offer a price of 4.0 (3/1) for the draw.

The Premier League champions slipped to twelfth position after their shock defeat to West Bromwich Albion last week.

They haven’t lost three straight games in the top flight since 2001, and haven’t been defeated by Sunderland since March 1997.

David Moyes should be able to call on Wayne Rooney, who missed Wednesday’s Champions League draw with Shakhtar Donetsk after sustaining a shin problem in training.

Rio Ferdinand and Tom Cleverley are both injury doubts, though Fabio, Anderson and Wilfried Zaha could feature after not travelling midweek.

Robin van Persie is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 5.0 (4/1) with Bet Victor, while Rooney is a 6.0 (5/1) shot with the same firm.

United have kept a clean sheet on their last four visits to Wearside, winning three of those four games.

You can back the visitors to keep a clean sheet at 2.25 (5/4) with Bet 365, while Coral offer a price of 3.0 (2/1) for them to win without conceding.

Each of those three victories at the Stadium of Light finished 1-0 to the Manchester side, and if you foresee the same result this time around, you can back it at 8.0 (7/1) with Bet Victor.
