OdubajoNewly promoted Hull City find themselves in all sorts of problems after it was revealed that full-back Moses Odubajo would miss six months of action through injury.

The 22-year-old had been one of club’s star performers in the campaign that saw the Tigers secure return to the Premier League, but he unfortunately suffered a knee ligament injury during pre-season.

With Allan McGregor and Alex Bruce also ruled out for several months, manager Steve Bruce is in real problems ahead of the start of the new campaign.

He is set to begin search for a new right-sided defender, with Arsenal full-back Mathieu Debuchy reportedly high on his wish list.

At the same time, the Tigers have confirmed that Nigerian forward Peter Odemwingie is undergoing a trial at KC Stadium, and there is a good chance he will be handed a contract considering that Bruce has mere 14 fit outfield players at his disposal at the moment.

Taking everything into consideration, it is hardly surprising that Hull have been made 2.00 (1/1) favourites to be relegated from the Premier League.
