Arguably the stand out Premier League fixture of matchday nineteen sees out-of-form Manchester United face fallen champions Chelsea.

The hosts go in to the game on the having gone seven fixtures without a win – their worst run of form in twenty-six years.

Their loss to Stoke City on Saturday was their fourth in succession and saw them slip to sixth place in the division – nine points behind leaders Leicester City, who themselves lost to Liverpool.

The pressure on manager Louis van Gaal could not be higher and anything other than three points here could be the final straw for the Dutchman.

Captain Wayne Rooney could return to the starting line-up after only making the bench last time out while Bastian Schweinsteiger is back from his ban and Mattteo Darmian could feature after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Anthony Martial is favourite to get the first goal of the game at a widely available price of 7.5 (13/2), with Rooney an 8.0 (7/1) shot with Betfair.

The home win is 2.5 (6/4) with most firms, with the visitors a 3.1 (21/10) chance with a number of bookmakers. The draw can be backed at 3.35 (40/17) with 888 Sport.

The Blues first game in Guus Hiddink’s second spell in charge ended all square as they were held by in-form Watford at Stamford Bridge at the weekend.

Diego Costa, who bagged both of his sides goals in that game misses out here after picking up a fifth booking of the season while Eden Hazard could be restored to the starting line-up.

Loic Remy is 9.0 (8/1) to open the scoring with William Hill, with Pedro a 10.0 (9/1) shot with several firms.

Last season’s corresponding fixture ended in a 1-1 draw with Chelsea winning the return game by one goal to nil.

Five of the last six clashes between the sides have produced fewer than three goals, with neither side netting more than once in each of those low scoring affairs.

Coral offer a price of 2.0 (1/1) for at least one team not to score while you can back there being two or less goals at 1.68 (13/19) with 888 Sport.
