Saturday’s Premier League football concludes at the Etihad Stadium where Manchester City host West Ham United.

League leaders City left it late to secure a fifth straight league win from five against Crystal Palace with teenager Kelechi Iheanacho coming off the bench and grabbing the headlines.

However, they go in to this game on the back of Tuesday evening’s 2-1 defeat to Juventus in the opening round of Champions League fixtures.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini is without a number of his first team players, with captain Vincent Kompany, Samir Nasri, Fabian Delph, Pablo Zabeleta and Gael Clichy all set to miss out though Sergio Aguero could return to the starting line-up.

Aguero is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 4.0 (3/1) with William Hill, with Wilfried Bony a 5.0 (4/1) chance with Paddy Power.

City are favourites for the win at 1.29 (2/7) with a variety of firms, with the visitors as highly priced at the as the 12.5 (23/2) on offer from 888 Sport. The draw is widely available at 6.5 (11/2).

Slaven Bilic’s side beat Newcastle United on Monday evening – their third win from five – and go in to the weekend in fifth place, six points behind their opponents.

Should they win here, they could end the day in second place should other results fall in their favour.

The Hammers too have a number of injury concerns, with Enner Valencia, Alex Song, Joey O’Brien and Angelo Ogbanno all out though Mauro Zarate and Pedro Obiang could be fit in time to feature.

Diafra Sakho is 14.0 (13/1) to open the scoring with 888 Sport ahead of Any Carroll, who is a 15.0 (14/1) chance with Paddy Power.

City won last season’s corresponding fixture ended in a 2-0 win, while it was West Ham who were victorious at Upton Park back in October.

The Citizens’ last four wins against the London side have come to nil, and they are yet to concede in the league this season.
With this in mind you may be tempted to back a home win with a clean sheet this time around at 2.25 (5/4) with Sky Bet.
