Man City vs West BromFollowing back to back slip ups against Liverpool and Sunderland, Manchester City will be keen to revive their title bid when they host West Bromwich on Monday evening.

Meanwhile, the Baggies will attempt to pour more misery on their league rivals and edge closer to securing Premier League survival.

While they were considered the main candidates for the Premier League title throughout the campaign, Manchester City have done themselves no favours with their last two performances.

Some poor defending saw them lose the all-important clash against title rivals Liverpool, before scoring late to salvage one point at home against rock-bottom Sunderland.

As a result, things are no longer in their hands since they are now six points behind the Reds, albeit with a game in hand.

But, with Liverpool also playing Chelsea next weekend, Manuel Pellegrini’s side are definitely not without chances at the moment.

With that in mind they should be very motivated to see off West Brom on Monday, with home win paying 1.25 (1/4) at BetVictor.

Star striker Sergio Aguero is likely to keep his place in the side and the Argentine is available at 1.73 (8/11) to score anytime.

Manuel Pellegrini is not without selection problems as Yaya Toure, Jesus Navas and Matija Nastasic are out injured, whilst David Silva is doubtful with an ankle problem.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Hart – Zabaleta, Kompany, Demichelis, Kolarov – Fernandinho, Garcia – Milner, Aguero, Nasri – Dzeko.

After spending last couple of months in and around the relegation zone, West Bromwich seem to be closing in on Premiership survival.

The Baggies have been showing a great deal of improvement, having picked up no less than eight points from last five fixtures to open up a three-point cushion over the bottom three.

While winning two of last three away fixtures, West Brom were unable to rediscover their home form, having recorded two 3-3 draws, although they were somewhat unfortunate not to win any of the two games.

It was the goals conceded deep in injury time that denied them victories over Cardiff and Tottenham, although they have nobody else to blame but themselves for squandering a three-goal lead against Spurs.

But, with Manchester City going through a rough patch at the moment, you should know West Brom are 4.80 (19/5) not to lose at Etihad.

Jonas Olsson and James Morrison are both rated doubtful, whereas Scott Sinclair is ineligible to face his parent club.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Foster – Reid, McAuley, Olsson, Ridgewell – Mulumbu, Brunt – Amalfitano, Sessegnon, Dorrans – Vydra.
