Sunday’s Premier League action concludes at Anfield where Liverpool take on Chelsea.

Jurgen Klopp’s side begin Sunday two points clear at the top of the table, though with Manchester City travelling to Crystal Palace in day’s early game they could well be second by the time this match kicks off.

The Reds go in to this game on the back of five straight wins in all competitions, while the last time their only league defeat in 2019 came at Manchester City on January 3rd.

Andrew Robertson is set to return after being suspended for the midweek Champions League victory over Porto, while fit-again Joe Gomez is also in contention having been on the bench on Tuesday.

Mo Salah is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 4.8 (19/5), with Roberto Firmino a 7.0 (6/1) chance with some firms.

The home win can be backed at 1.8 (4/5), with the visitors as highly priced as the 5.25 (17/4) on offer from Unibet. The draw is a 3.9 (29/10) chance with several bookmakers.

Three straight league wins have strengthened Chelsea’s chance

s of finishing the season in the top four, and another triumph here would see them again leapfrog Tottenham Hotspur into third place, after they swept aside relegated Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

Maurizio Sarri rotated his side heavily for Thursday evening’s Europa League quarter final victory over Slavia Prague, so a number of players, including Eden Hazard are expected to return.

Hazard, who took his league tally to sixteen with a brace in Monday’s 2-0 win over West Ham United is widely available at 9.0 (8/1) to open the scoring, with Gonzalo Higuain available at the same price.

A late strike from substitute Daniel Sturridge salvaged a point for the Reds when the two sides met at Stamford Bridge back in September, while last season’s corresponding fixture also finished one-a-piece.

The meeting in the 2016/17 campaign on Merseyside also finished 1-1, so you may be tempted to back that scoreline this time around at 8.5 (15/2) with Betfair, while Unibet offer 4.0 (3/1) for there to be fewer than two goals in the game.
