FlaminiFrench midfielder Mathieu Flamini will not be leaving Arsenal this summer unless he receives a compensation from the club.

The 31-year-old has been told he can leave in the summer transfer window seeing as how he is not in Arsene Wenger’s first team plans any more.

But, with another year left to run on his current deal, Flamini wants the club to compensate him for the expected loss in wages should he join another side.

The Frenchman is reportedly a target for both Galatasaray and Bastia, and he should be available on a cut-price deal.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are looking to recover from the disappointing start to the season, having suffered a 2-0 loss to West Ham in their opening Premier League game.

The Gunners face in-form Crystal Palace on the road next weekend and can be backed at 1.75 (3/4) to claim maximum points.
