Monday evening’s Premier League action comes from Selhurst Park where Crystal Palace face champions Manchester City.

Alan Pardew’s side have won three of their last four games, and another victory here would see them move thirteen points clear of the bottom three with just seven games left to play.

The former Newcastle United boss will also have an eye on bettering last season’s eleventh place finish, and that is the position they will find themselves on Tuesday morning should they secure a surprise win here.

Captain Mile Jedinak will miss the game through suspension, while Marouane Chamakh, Frazier Campbell and Jordan Mutch are all out injured.

Yaya Sanogo is widely available at 11.0 (10/1) to open the scoring, with Dwight Gayle a 10.5 (19/2) chance with Bet Victor.

The home win is as highly priced as the 6.0 (5/1) on offer from Bet Victor, the with visitors favourites at 1.7 (7/10) with a number of firms. The draw can be backed at 4.2 (16/5) with Sky Bet.

Manuel Pellegrini’s men go in to the game in fourth place, nine points behind leaders Chelsea following the Blues’ 2-1 win over Stoke City on Saturday afternoon.

A run which has seen them take just six points from the last twelve available has seriously dented their hopes of retaining the Premier League trophy, though victory here will see the reclaim second place ahead of next weekend’s Manchester derby.

Yaya Toure is set to return after coming through international duty unscathed, while James Milner is also likely to be available despite suffering from a knee problem in recent weeks.

Sergio Aguero is favourite to get the first goal of the game with several bookmakers offering a price of 5.0 (4/1), while David Silva can be backed at 10.0 (9/1) with William Hill.

City ran out 3-0 winners when the sides met at the Etihad Stadium back in December, their seventh straight win over the Eagles, and fourth in a row without conceding.

With that in mind, you may be tempted to back the away win to nil here at 3.0 (2/1) with Sky Bet.
