Chelsea winger Charly Musonda appears to be quite unhappy with his status at Stamford Bridge despite speaking to the club over a new deal.

The 20-year-old returned to London after a successful loan spell with Real Betis, and he impressed to score on his full debut against Nottingham Forest.

However, having only made one brief appearance in the Premier League this season, Musonda is eager to secure more playing time, while he doesn’t seem to be happy with how contract talks are progressing either.

“You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what’s expected, and often more than you can, because you love what you do and clearly more than you should. And what do you get back? Literally nothing,… done,” Musonda wrote in his Instagram account. “However, with this being said I will continue with same dedication and commitment to this great game.”

Musonda’s current deal tuns until June 2019, but Chelsea plan to offer the youngster a new and improved contract in light of heavy interest in his services.

The highly rated youngster has made over 50 appearances for Belgium youth sides, but he needs regular playing time if he is to be handed his senior debut.
