Radamel FalcaoPremier League champions are weighing up summer move for Monaco striker Radamel Falcao, according to reports from England.

The Colombian returned to Stade Louis II following a disappointing spell with Manchester United, but he is set to lead los Cafeteros with captain’s armband at the 2015 Copa America.

And despite some under-par performances in the Premier League, Falcao could be returning to England as Jose Mourinho believes the striker can rediscover his form.

With Didier Drogba set to leave Stamford Bridge, the Portuguese manager wants the Colombian to increase competition for places in attack.

The 29-year-old scored mere 4 goals in 26 Premiership appearances for Manchester United, but he did join the Red Devils after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

After winning the league trophy in style last season, the Blues have been made 2.50 (3/2) favourites to do it all over again next term.
