Dani AlvesIn a surprising turn of events that took all Barelona fans by surprise, Brazilian defender Dani Alves has been linked with Camp Nou exit during summer with a reported move to Juventus already set in motion.

The experienced Brazilian has alarmed plenty of clubs, who will be trying to land him during summer and join Italian champions in the race for the 33-year-old.

Dani Alves’ agent Dinorah Santana has confirmed that there were contacts with Juventus, but she also claims there is currently no agreement with the Serie A champions as clubs from Turkey, England and France have also approached her in efforts to discuss a potential move.

As the race hots up for the experienced defender, Barcelona have already lined up a possible replacement for Dani Alves.

According to El Mundo Deportivo, the Catalan club are prepared to pounce for Arsenal star player Hector Bellerin.

The 21-year-old right back has been made the top target for Blaugrana as Barcelona are attempting to land their former academy player and get him back to Camp Nou.

Bellerin was born and grew up in Barcelona before joining the famous La Masia at the age of eight. However, he moved to Arsenal still as a youth player in 2011, before he was handed a full professional debut with the Gunners two years afterwards.

The talented right back has cemented his place in the starting line-up during the previous two seasons at Arsenal already amassing 56 Premier League appearances and managing three goals along the way.

Spanish sources claim that Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez has already contacted Hector Bellerin to propose his plan to submit a €40 million offer in order to wrap up a deal during summer.

Bellerin would thus follow the path of Sesk Fabregas, who having left Barcelona to join Arsenal as a teenager, made a much talked-about return to Catalonia in 2011.

Arsenal right back missed out on a place in Spain’s provisional 25-man Euro 2016 squad as his compatriots have already arrived in Austria to step up preparations to defend their European title.

Spain have been made 6.5 (11/2) @Bet365 favourites to lift the trophy in France and once again be crowned continental champions.
