Arsenal further closed the gap behind their top 4 rivals by beating Aston Villa away, with the Gunners now hoping for a comfortable win over Wolverhampton.

Mick McCarthy’s side ended the two-match losing run as they shared spoils with Norwich at Molineux, but Wolves don’t have much to hope for before the trip to the Emirates.

Arsenal have shown a lot of character this season, having managed to turn things around following the dismal start to the league campaign and the Gunners are now back in the running for a top 4 place.

After the unlucky defeat to Manchester City, Arsene Wenger’s side recorded a very important win away to Aston Villa, thus closing the gap behind fourth-placed Chelsea to just one point.

Seeing that the Gunners should soon have several important players back to the side, maybe this is the right time to back Arsenal to achieve a top 4 finish, at odds of 2.25 (5/4) offered by Stan James.

Arsene Wenger welcomes back Alex Song from suspension, whereas Johan Djourou could also return after recovering from a groin injury.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Szczesny – Djourou, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Vermaelen – Arteta, Song, Ramsey – Walcott, Van Persie, Gervinho.

After taking seven points from their first three Premier League games, Wolves started hoping they would be able to avoid the relegation struggle this term, but they were soon brought back to reality.

Having taken just 9 points from next 15 league games, Mick McCarthy’s side slipped to the brink of the relegation zone and they could easily find themselves in the bottom three after the game at the Emirates.

After losing to Manchester United and Stoke, Wolves could only muster a 2:2 draw at home against Norwich, after twice coming from a goal behind.

They really don’t have much to hope for from this clash, but after scoring in every one of their last four games, Wolves are 1.91 (10/11) with Stan James to score at the Emirates as well.

Mick McCarthy has no fresh injury worries, but he is hoping Jody Craddock and David Edwards will be fit to play.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Hennessey – Zubar, Johnson, Berra, Ward – Jarvis, Henry, Milijas, Hunt – Fletcher, Doyle.
