Sunday afternoon’s Premier League action from the Emirates Stadium sees Arsenal host fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the North London derby.

The Gunners have won their last five Premier League games on the bounce with the latest of those victories coming at Swansea City last weekend, though they go into this fixture on the back on Wednesday evening’s Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich.

Arsene Wenger’s side will end the weekend on top of the table if they take more points here than leaders Manchester City do at Aston Villa earlier on Sunday, with the top two in the division currently separated by goal difference.

The hosts have a number of injury concerns with Hector Bellerin, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Aaron Ramsey, Jack Wilshere, Tomas Rosicky and Danny Welbeck all out and David Ospina and Mike Arteta both doubtful though Laurent Koscielny should be fit enough to return in the heart of defence.

Olivier Giroud is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 5.0 (4/1) with a number of firms, with Alexis Sanchez widely available at 5.5 (9/2).

The home win is 1.73 (8/11) with many bookmakers with the visitors as highly priced as the 5.0 (4/1) on offer from Betfair, who have the draw at 4.2 (16/5).

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are unbeaten in ten league games and could move to within two points of Arsenal with victory over them this weekend.

Their latest triumph came in the Europa League against Anderlecht on Thursday evening, and their manager may opt to name a similar side here though Son Heung-Min could return to the starting line-up.

Danny Rose, Clinton N’Jie and Nabil Bentaleb will all be assessed ahead of kick-off though Alex Pritchard and Nacer Chadli are both out.

Captain Harry Kane, who has five goals in his last three games is 8.0 (7/1) to open the scoring with Bet 365 ahead of 12.0 (11/1) shot Christian Eriksen.

The two sides met in the third round of the League Cup in September with Arsenal winning 2-1 – the third consecutive clash between the pair where both teams have scored in the game and you can back that outcome here at 1.66 (4/6) with Betfair.
