Arsene Wenger

Saturday’s Premier League action concludes at the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal face Manchester United, with both sides looking to break back in to the top four.

Arsene Wenger’s men have surrendered leads in both of their previous games to first draw with Andrelecht in Europe and then lose at Swansea City last time out in the league.

That defeat in South Wales saw them slip to sixth place, though victory here could see them reclaim fourth place should other results go their way.

Olivier Giroud has recovered from a broken leg a month sooner than expected and could feature with Mikel Arteta also set to return from a hamstring injury though both Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck are both doubtful.

Top scorer Alexis Sanchez is widely available at 6.0 (5/1) to get the first goal of the game, with Giroud a 6.5 (11/2) chance with a variety of firms.

The home win is 2.2 (6/5) with most bookmakers, with the visitors as highly priced as the 3.6 (13/5) on offer from William Hill, and the draw the same price with Bet 365.

Louis van Gaal’s side have lost just one of their last six league games, and go in to the game just one point and one place below their opponents.

Daley Blind has been ruled out for up to six months with a knee injury and joins Radamel Falcao, Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones and Rafael on the side-lines while David De Gea, Angel Di Maria, Michael Carrick and Luke Shaw are all in a race to be fit in time to feature.

Robin van Perise is 7.5 (13/2) with Bet 365 to open the scoring ahead of Wayne Rooney, who is an 8.0 (7/1) shot with Bet Victor.

The sides played out a goalless draw in last season’s corresponding fixture in February while Robin van Perise got the only goal of the game at Old Trafford twelve months ago.

However, with both sides defences somewhat in disarray you may be tempted to back more goals this time around, and Bet Victor offer 5.75 (19/4) for there to be five or more scored in the game.
