Premier League

Sunday’s Premier League action concludes at the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal take on Everton.

Having lost their opening two games of the season the Gunners go into the game on the back of four straight wins in all competitions – the latest of which coming to the tune of a 4-2 win over Ukrainian outfit Vorskla in their opening Europa League fixture.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan injured his ankle in that game so may miss out here though Luca Torreira should be fit enough to feature after he himself suffered a knock.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is favourite to open the scoring at 4.33 (10/3) with Bet Victor, with Aaron Ramsey, who bagged a hattrick the last time these two sides met a 7.5 (13/2) chance with several firms.

The home win is 1.44 (4/9) with most firms, with the visitors as highly priced as 7.5 (13/2) on offer from some companies. The draw can be backed at 5.5 (9/2) with Paddy Power.

The Toffees’ unbeaten start to the season was ended by West Ham United last weekend, with the Hammers securing a 3-1 victory at Goodison Park.

Victory here would see them move level on points with their opponents and to within four points of the top four.

Andre Gomes is injured as is defensive duo Seamus Coleman and Phil Jagielka, while the game will probably come to soon for Michael Keane, though he has returned to training following a hairline skull fracture.

Cenk Tosun is widely available at 9.5 (17/2) to get the first goal of the game ahead of former Gunner Theo Walcott who can be backed at 13.0 (12/1).

Last season’s corresponding fixture finished in a 5-1 win to the North Londoners in Februay, while they scored just as many at Goodison Park last October.

With that in mind you may be tempted to back there being over 4.5 goals this time around at 3.6 (13/5) with Bet Victor.

Alternatively, as both teams have scored in this fixture in each of the last four occasions you may be tempted to back that outcome this time around at 1.62 (8/13).
