Wednesday’s Premier League action comes from the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal take on Chelsea.

The hosts go in to the game on the back of an eight game unbeaten run in all competitions, while six without defeat in the league sees them sitting in sixth place, six points off a top four place.

Victory here will see them close that gap and move above Tottenham Hotspur into fifth, though Mauricio Pochettino’s side play their game in hand against West Ham United on Thursday evening.

Mesut Ozil and Laurent Koscielny face late fitness tests ahead of the game and could feature though Sead Kolasinac has been ruled out for two weeks after injuring his ankle in Sunday’s draw with West Bromwich Albion and joins Aaron Ramsey, Olivier Giroud and Nacho Monreal on the sidelines.

Alexandre Lacazette is priced at 5.25 (21/4) to open the scoring with Unibet, while Alexis Sanchez can be backed at 6.5 (11/2) with a variety of firms.

Betfair have the home win at 3.1 (21/10) with the visitors widely available at 2.45 (29/20). The draw can be backed at a price of 3.5 (5/2) with a number of firms.

The reigning champions have taken thirteen points from the last fifteen available to them in the league, a run culminating in Saturday’s 5-0 demolition of struggling Stoke City.

Another triumph here will see them reclaim second spot though they go in to the game a massive seventeen points behind runaway leaders Manchester City.

Manager Antonio Conte has no fresh injury concerns with David Luiz and Charly Musonda their only absentees.

Alvaro Morata is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 4.1 (41/10) with Unibet ahead of Eden Hazard, who is an 8.0 (7/1) shot with Sky Bet.

Last season’s corresponding fixture ended in a 3-0 win for the Gunners, while the sides have met three times since then in three different competitions.

Arsene Wenger’s men emerged victorious in both the FA Cup final and Community Sheild before the pair played out a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge back in September.

Only one of the last nine league meetings have seen both sides score in the game, so you may fancy backing just one or neither team to net here at 2.45 (29/20) with Betfair.
